Terms and Conditions for NewBoy Store Ramadan 2025 Contest
General Overview:
NewBoy Store* (the organizer) will organize and promote a s contest during Ramadan 2025. By participating in this contest, all Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation is free, no purchase is required, and entry into any contest automatically constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
Unless otherwise stated, this contest is open to individuals residing in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity and residency as deemed appropriate.
Contest Description:
NewBoy Store Quiz (Fawazeer) Contest:
· 8 quiz posts will be published during Ramadan (4 on Facebook and 4 on Instagram).
· Each post/video will feature a single question related to the organizer’s products.
· Each quiz will be posted on a Wednesday, and the winner announced on the following Saturday, during the period between the 1st of March, 2025 to the 30 of March, 2025
· Participants must like or follow the organizer’s social media account they participate on, and comment with the correct answer, along with the country in which they currently reside, to qualify for entrance into the competition.
· One winner per post will be selected at random after verifying the correct answer and eligibility.
· Each winner will get 350 SAR worth of toys, chosen by the organizer.
· Each winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they commented on.
· The winner has 30 days to collect their prize; after said period, the prize is considered forfeit.
Prizes and Winner Selection:
Prizes vary and may include toy sets, dolls, and others as detailed in each the above points. Winners will be selected either randomly, notified via a direct message on the respective platform, and must claim their prize within one month or said prize will be forfeit.
Use of Name, Image, and Likeness:
By entering, Participants grant the Organizer the perpetual, royalty-free right to use their names, images, video content, and likenesses for promotional, editorial, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions and Disclaimers:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel any part of the contest series due to force majeure, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances. The Organizer is not liable for any technical failures, network disruptions, or other issues beyond its control. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any claims arising from their participation. This contest series is not sponsored, endorsed, managed by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. All inquiries, comments, or complaints should be directed to NewBoy Store.
By entering any contest in this series, Participants acknowledge and agree to these Unified Terms and Conditions.
