What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash-on-delivery.
In which currency will I be charged?
All transactions on our website are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR), regardless of the currency displayed on the site. While prices may be shown in other currencies for convenience, the final amount charged will be in SAR. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee if you are outside of Saudi Arabia. We recommend checking with your bank for further information on any additional fees.
Do you offer payment options?
At this time, we don’t offer installment plans, but we’re exploring additional payment options for the future.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with plans to expand to more GCC countries soon.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. Main cities in KSA usually receive next-day delivery, while outlying areas may take longer. All delivery details are provided on the checkout page.
What is the delivery cost?

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you’re not home and your order has been paid for, it will be left at your doorstep. If you chose cash-on-delivery, your order will return to our warehouse, and we will attempt to re-deliver it up to two times. After that, an additional delivery fee will apply.
